Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or pre-order items may take longer, and estimated times will be noted in the product description.

Estimated delivery times:

domestic and international shipping
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

lost or delayed packages
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking details and contact the shipping carrier first. If your package is lost, email us at Info@EmersonbyAvery.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim.

returns and exchanges
